I create and sell original artwork and artist-designed products, including:
Handmade linocut prints
Digitally printed greeting cards featuring my original linocut designs
Hard enamel pin badges featuring my original artwork
Limited edition and open edition prints (where stated)
Other artist-designed products that may be added to the shop from time to time
Every effort is made to display products and colours accurately. However, colours may vary slightly depending on your screen or device settings.
As my linocut prints are printed by hand, each print is unique. Minor variations in ink coverage, texture, colour and print registration are a natural characteristic of the handmade printing process and should not be considered faults.
Greeting cards and enamel pins are manufactured from my original artwork. Minor manufacturing variations may occasionally occur but will not affect the quality or intended use of the product. - Ordering
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase products from my Website.
Orders are accepted only once you receive confirmation that your order has been dispatched.
I reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if:
a product becomes unavailable
payment cannot be authorised
an obvious pricing error has occurred
fraudulent activity is suspected
incorrect product information has been published due to an error
If payment has already been taken, a full refund will be issued. - Prices
All prices are shown in Pounds Sterling (£).
VAT is included where applicable.
Shipping charges are calculated during checkout and displayed before payment is completed.
Prices may change at any time but will not affect orders that have already been accepted. - Payment
Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
I do not store or have access to your payment card details.
Orders will only be dispatched once payment has been successfully received. - Shipping & Delivery
Orders are shipped using Royal Mail Click & Drop.
I aim to dispatch orders within the timeframe stated on the Website. During busy periods, exhibitions, holidays or product launches, dispatch may take slightly longer.
Delivery estimates provided by Royal Mail are not guaranteed.
I cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by postal services, customs, severe weather, industrial action or other events beyond my reasonable control.
Risk in the goods passes to you when your order has been delivered to the delivery address provided. - International Orders
Where international shipping is available, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or local charges that apply in their country.
These charges are not included in the purchase or shipping price. - Returns & Cancellations
If you are purchasing as a consumer within the UK, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
To exercise your right to cancel, please contact me by email within the 14-day cancellation period.
Items should be returned:
unused
in their original condition
securely packaged
within 14 days of notifying me of cancellation
Unless an item is faulty, damaged or supplied incorrectly, you are responsible for return postage costs.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights. - Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your artwork, greeting cards or enamel pins arrive damaged, defective or you receive the wrong item, please contact me within 7 days of delivery.
Where possible, please include photographs of the packaging and the item so I can investigate and resolve the issue quickly.
Where appropriate, I will arrange a replacement, exchange or refund. - Intellectual Property
All artwork, illustrations, linocut designs, photographs, product images, logos, text and other content displayed on this Website remain the intellectual property of Grace Wong unless otherwise stated.
Purchasing a print, greeting card or enamel pin does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights.
You may not:
copy or reproduce my artwork
scan or digitally reproduce greeting cards or prints
manufacture products using my designs
use my artwork for commercial purposes
modify, distribute or sell reproductions of my artwork without my prior written permission
You are very welcome to share photographs of artwork purchased from me on social media. If possible, I would appreciate you crediting @gracewong_art or Grace Wong. - Website Use
You agree not to misuse this Website by knowingly introducing viruses, attempting unauthorised access or interfering with the operation of the Website.
I reserve the right to suspend or restrict access where misuse is suspected. - Privacy
Your personal information is collected and processed in accordance with my Privacy Policy.
By using this Website, you acknowledge that you have read my Privacy Policy. - Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where this would be unlawful under UK consumer law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, my liability for any claim arising from your purchase shall be limited to the amount paid for the relevant order.
I shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this Website or its products. - Force Majeure
I shall not be liable for any delay or failure to fulfil my obligations where such delay or failure results from circumstances beyond my reasonable control, including but not limited to postal disruption, natural disasters, severe weather, pandemics, industrial action or government restrictions. - Governing Law
